Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on October 7, 2022 found that Precious Care At Home Services, Inc., had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on August 29, 2022.
